Initial Assessment
Dive into your current abilities, training styles and goals. The assesment will be used to collect information and give an introduction to the training software.
Training plan
You will receive weekly training plans tailored to your needs. All plans are specifically made for you, your fitness zones and power zones. Annual periodization plans available for long term clients.
Any exercise questions, calendar changes or just feeling unwell. I want to know so we can adapt and WhatsApp is the best way to do this.
Data Analysis
Full analytics breakdown for your fitness trends. We will look at you fitness level, fatigue, form and so many other metrics. Enabling you to grasp the facts of how your fitness is progressing.
